I couldn't find a trim ring for my transfer case shift boot and didn't really like the way the factory ones looked anyway. So I got some 18 gauge stainless and made my own. I'm pretty pleased with how they turned out and I sealed up the carpet really well so it can't get wet from underneath. If anyone else has had the same problem this is how they look.
