Converting to manual locking hubs

I have a 94 f150 351w 4x4, and I am looking to convert to manual hubs, is the install hard? I have the 5 bolt hubs do I need a conversion kit?

Not sure, but i think there was a date split on the hubs for needing a kit or not. Like April of 94 is a date that comes to mind without looking it up. So what date is on your door sticker?

If I remember correctly the kit is needed if you have the 3 bolt auto hubs. Warn’s website will tell you yes or no.

Hard to do? No. You don’t even need to jack up the wheels.
