95 Bronco Starting issues.

Hey everyone, I have a 95 Bronco with the 5.0 that i'm trying to figure out a no start on. So, it used to work but it quit working for some reason and cant figure out why. It's been sitting for awhile, with the ever so occasional start to be moved in the yard. We replaced the starter solenoid because it corroded and basically fell apart on us, but could jump the poles and it fires right up. Even after replacing the starter solenoid, still no start. Getting no power to the wire that goes on the "S" terminal on the solenoid, and traced it back to the starter relay. When you turn the key, the starter relay (the one on the driver side fender well) clicks. It has full time power on pin 87, switched power on pin 30, and power with key on at pin 85, but pin 85 loses power in "start" position of switch. 85 also shows a good ground, 87a shows good ground and 86 just barely lights up the test light ground wise. I've also tried a few different relays and no difference so it seems to come down to a wire issue. If I understand how a relay works, it seems like 30 should have the full time power and 87 be the switched on? But i'm not sure. I'm also not sure which pin in the relay box is the red wire to the solenoid, can't find any info on that. One last thing worth mentioning- this bronco was in a wreck and had both fenders and the radiator support replaced, which i know the wires to the solenoid run across the radiator support. Long story short- am I missing a ground somewhere? Is the wiring in my relay box somehow wrong? Red wire to solenoid broke somewhere between the relay and solenoid? I would try ohming the red wire but not sure which pin is the red wire in the box. Let me know your thoughts. This is one of the first steps to getting this Bronco back on the road for my little brother in law to start driving for his first truck. If I didn't explain anything well just let me know haha. Thanks everyone!

An EVTM for a 95 Bronco will show the circuit
Available at your library free on AllData
There should be a solenoid on the starter and another on the fender
There should be a chassis ground in front of the battery (black wire) on the radiator support
Ground the fender apron solenoid bolts and retry it
The red wire to the starter (small one) used to break off at the starter
Your ignition switch actuator broke?
Your ignition switch is loose or coming apart?
Good luck

Yeah, I have the wiring diagrams but I can't find anything that shows specifically what each pin in the relay block should be and its hard to know which terminal is which in the relay block, which I was hoping to find so I can ohm the red wire to the solenoid to see if it has continunity and also jump it to power and see if that works as well. I'll check to make sure everything is grounded nicely, but it seems like the ignition switch is working since its activating the relay, but not sending power to the solenoid, so that's why I'm wondering if im missing a ground thats not completing the circuit or have a broken wire somewhere. I'll check the grounds and go from there though.
