but i thought something was changed to give more clearance. however, the newer bumpers fit our og alumiduty's, so maybe the newer bumper has more clearance away from the radiator?

I looked into the Tremor Warn winch kit when I was at the dealership last. It's a direct install on my '20 XLT. What I would recommend doing is contacting the person at a dealership that handles accessory installations for the dealership (they know which parts go with which dealership-installed options). They'd be the final answer as to whether the same setup would work on your '19.
I took a pass on the Warn system, as the total cost of the setup was prohibitive (something along the line of $3,500). That's entirely too much for a winch system, IMO. The only benefit would be that it's a hidden setup, and looks nice.
I started looking into the aftermarket West winch tray setup instead, and supply whatever winch and controller I desire (for about a third of the cost of the Tremor winch package, using high end winch and components). Sure, it'll sit in front of the bumper, but I really don't care as long as it's functional.

If you are asking about your 2019 with a 6.7, no it will not. In 2020 they moved a cooler from the front which created the space for the mounting brackets. Even Ford shows “models 2020 and newer” in their advertising. I went the portable route and it’s much better than the permanent front mount system I had on my old truck.
