On the tracking site My F+450 showed up on 11/2 as “In Production” with a production date of 11/9, and the window sticker link was able to pull up the sticker. The window sticker date on the bottom was 11/2/22. I was hoping it would progress to “Built” by now. I received a $2000 PCO on Ford Pass that expires on 1/3/23 so I was hoping truck would arrive in time to use it.
Well 2 days ago the Window Sticker was not showing any more when I clicked the link. And now the In Production date shows 11/10.
Does anyone know what gives? I reached out to the sakes rep and I’m waiting for his response.
The window sticker seems to disappear when the truck is on some sort of delay/hold. For example, mine disappeared when my truck went on microchip hold, then popped-up for a few days, and is now unavailable while it waits for shipping.

When waiting for my own, sometimes the window sticker would just disappear… no real reason… most likely just a glitch on Fords end… I don’t know if you still can, but we used to be able to check for a window sticker using the Mach E site… sometimes it would pull up from it even though it didn’t from Fords own tracking site.

How does one access the tracking site? My buddy is waiting on a truck ordered Feb '22. It's recently been delayed till Dec 11-17 for delivery.
He should have an email from Ford with the VIN number and a direct link to track the order. This is the same link as what is posted above though, it just automatically fills in the VIN for you. Here's another link that may still work, but it requires the order number and the VIN number.
The sales rep got back to me. It shows ETA to dealership 11/30/22. He couldn’t give me a rail car # but he pinged the modem an located the truck. It appeared to be on a transport trailer on a street in Jeffersonville IN, going somewhere.
I’ve had that pic since August, but still no truck in my driveway.
That sucks. Have you gotten the email from Ford saying that it has actually SHIPPED, or just the ones saying it should be to your dealer by such and such a date?

Nothing about being shipped yet. “Built” as-of 10/1. The last communication I received, about 30 days-ago, said it should be delivered the week of 11/14…. this week. No word since, and salesman hasn’t answered my emails.
