Rebuilt the truck from the ground up. New everything. When starting truck will fire right up, run for10 seconds or so and shut down. Subsequent starting attempts result in firing but running rough for about 5 seconds then no start. New pumps seem to be holding around 40 psi. Help

Have you tried starting your truck with the SPOUT connector removed?
Also, make sure you're EGR valve is closed.

Oh. I know what you did. You plumbed the EGR valve directly to the intake manifold vacuum, so when the engine starts, the EGR valve opens up and kills the engine.
