torsion bars
There is a bolt near one end that when tightened, it will raise the truck.

If you tighten the "T" bars, you'll find when you hit a bump (on the highway for example) and the truck jumps in the air you "A" arms will bottom out and bang really hard (a bad thing) . Also if you do it anyway, don't forget you must have your front end aligned or your tires will wear funny. My final comment (from experience) is you should not try tightning them.
I tried adjusting mine and I hated it after. I ended up putting them back to normal and installing a 5 " lift to get what I wanted.

I can't tell you if there's a 2" lift on the market or not (There could be). I really didn't like how my truck handled after twisting the "T" bars and my intent was to level it out like you want to do.
Another point is on the 4x4 is the angle the front drive shafts are going to have to work at if you change the geometry. You may overwork the joints.
Consiquently I decided to install the 5" kit and in that they lower everything so the drive shafts turn true and you maintain the stock suspension system or ride quality.
