79 ford inner fender ques
I have a 79 f150 short bed. The dude i bought it off of must have taken out the inner fenders. (the plastic covers inside the fender)Im afraid that this will cause the cab to rust out due to no protection from water and road salts. My ques is. Will the front and rear inner fenders off of a regular(8ft bed) fit on my truck?

I had my inner fender wells coated with a spray on bedliner. It makes them impervious to rust and the elements. I believe this is the best way to protect your inner fenders. It is fairly cheap also. It only costs about 25 bucks per fender. It also deadens sound as well.

put in a set of fronts, then get another set of fronts, and cut them down to work in the rear, they will give you much better protection then the factory rear ones... they arn't hardly worth putting in there
