Are there any upgrades to the camera/display that yall have accomplished for a 2018 f350? My backup camera is pathetic, (hopefully its not my eyesight ha!) just looking for an option if there is one, anyone upgraded theirs?

There is no alternative that would increase the quality or resolution of the camera view. There is a reverse camera recall for your truck. Parts aren't expected to be available until 2023 though.
Any idea what the recall is for? Seems like a possible waste of time if it wont improve the resolution.
The camera used on the affected years has some layer that deteriorates, causing poor visibility. They are going to change it out with one that is less susceptible to that failure. I'll post a link to that information when I get a chance. Or Google "Ford reverse camera recall".
On my 22 I haven't noticed any resolution issues which would be a problem for backing up, is it because I have the 8in screen rather than the 12in so it doesn't look as noticeable?

The OP has the 8" screen too. Although I'm not clear on what exactly his complaint is the image quality has been the source of complaints for years. The camera views are sufficient but not great, definitely have room for improvement. The image quality of the reverse cam in my friends '15 RAM is way better than in my '19 SD.
With exposure to the weather and as they age the clarity can get worse. The recall is meant to replace the reverse camera ('17-'20) with one that shouldn't degrade as fast.
