How hard would it be to add the dash clock to my truck that as far as I know didn't have it from factory? Would I need to rewire a bunch? If I do could i circumvent that somewhat with a wiring harness meant for this generation, do those exist? There's a lot of features i want to add but I'm gonna start with asking this

I added a clock to my truck that did not come with one.
From what I remember all trucks have the wiring for it.
Think same goes for the under dash lights but have not looked for it yet.

Now note there are 3 different types of plugs thru out the years so the trucks had 3 different plugs as well.
If you can get the truck side harness / pig tail you can then splice it into yours.

I want to say my truck side was cut so I got the truck side with the clock and spliced it in

I also think the wire colors change over the years too but with help was able to get it wired in.
Shoot just remembered I got to change the time on it.

Ps you will need a clock bezel or cut yours
