I got my truck in a friend's garage to work on it. The right side is sitting a little higher. It has all new cab mounts. What could be holding it up? Where do I start to figure out the cause?
Start by measuring the distance from the floor to the frame rails. If the springs are off you should see differences in the measurements. If the measurements are equal, then start measuring from the floor to various parts of the body. You should be able to find the source of the problem fairly quickly.

we have the truck up on Jack stands. My friend that is helping me did some measurements and he said it was 1/8 inch off on the right. When it was on the ground it was more like 1/2 higher on the right.
Where are you measuring? An accurate measurement will be from the axle to the frame.
If you measure from the ground to the fender or any body location there are too many variables added to the equation. I once had a car that was 1/2" off. Turned out to be the fender...
The measurement was the same side to side axle to frame.

when you look at the back of the cab, you can see it is high on right side because you see more of the indentations that run down the back of the cab. The bed is level. I will take a picture next time i go work on it.
I took the right rear cab mount bottom bolt loose the cab came down level. But now the arm will not come up to allow the bolt to go back in. Jade sur the cab is centered on the frame and it is. Wondering if when the cab corers were redone something was not aligned up.

I had a ____ of a time putting mine in as well. took lots of jacking and prodding to make it work. Don't think it would be from the cab corner work, not really attached to each other. Oh and make sure you have them right side up, long story, lol.
When I changed my cab mounts I made a wedge out of a 2x4. Shoved it between the frame and the cab floor. Still took a little doing but it worked to lift the cab up.
FYI - I adjusted the doors before I did the mounts. Once I changed the mounts, I had to adjust the doors again. Guess my mounts were pretty bad.
