bad business
Has anyone done business with 4x4 Monster Garage Inc. of Kalamazoo,Mi. I ordered some trim for a '78 4x4,it was suppose to have been new,but when I received it, it wasn't and plus it was damaged.I called back,they said return it.They sent it back,same trim............Now they will not return my calls.I would like my new trim or my money back $150.00........any suggestions

Send them a polite but firm letter, certified mail return receipt requested, demanding the matter be resolved within 10 days, or you will be forced to pursue other avenues of relief. (Such as the FTC or whatever gov. agency handles this type of thing...however I would not include what you will do next in this first contact.) This is NOT legal advice!!! I am not a lawyer!!!
