85 F350

I have been trying to fine a 2-3" lift for my 85 F350, everyone has 4" or bigger. Any Ideas aside from building one on my own? Any stock kits?

Reverse shake kit will give you 2.5-4" in the front. For the aft, you can get new rear spring or have yours re-arched.
These trucks ride pretty rough already. Are you sure you wanna turn it into a kidney shaker?

the leaf springs are original with a 2 add leafs that are torched on one end and not clamped to the others. I need to replace all, the originals are so worn out they make it a low rider. It is really scary, I will have to post a picture.

I @$$ume he was talking about a kit which reverses the spring shackles. Like this one (found it with a quick Google search):

What do you have out back? Factory 4" blocks on top of the axle? If so, most folks recommend not going over 4" blocks because of axle wrap. If you do go the block route - check out pmf suspension - they have blocks that capture the u-bolts, you can get them tapered to address pinion angle, and you can upgrade to 3/4" u-bolts.

FYI - I used Sky's Offroad kit to swap in a Dana 60 in my 2WD '87 crew cab DRW truck. Quality parts, good folks.

That looks like someone literally doubled up the front springs. That must ride like complete garbage.
Reverse shackle kit will definitely give you some lift up front, and help smooth out the ride. They do have a shorter 2.5" lift I believe, and you may be able to modify that down a little lower with some tweaking if you are really looking for just 2"
How about a picture of the whole truck from the side. That might help us better compare it to what it should look like when stock. I want to say the factory springs where rather flat, but I might be mistaking those for the F250 TTB leaves which had a slight negative arch from the factory.

Why are you trying to lift the truck? Sometimes knowing the end result you are looking for can help people guide you to a good solution. I'll add that most people think lifted trucks look cool, but the reality is that lifting a truck usually degrades the normal on street performance in one way or another. One thing I have to say, I use my truck to transport things, and having a 2wd without any factory blocks is certainly easier on my back for loading and unloading. Another 2" may not seem like much, but heavy stuff like buckets of joint compound, or bags of cement, the lower the better!

is your 85 a D50 IFS, or a D60 solid axle?

It's an F350, so should be a D60, right?

nope. 80 or 81 to mid year 85 was all ifs. the dana 60 solid axle was not reintroduced until late 85 for the 86 model year F-350 trucks. but some late 85 F-350's also got the solid 60

It has a twin traction beams and a Dana 50. While on the subject, what tie rods replacements should I get? The ball joints and tie rods, well probably everything up front need changing. Keep in mind the sky 2” reverse shackle lift.
