To the left are the gaskets that came with the rebuild kit, to the right, the ones that came off the truck.
The bottom two are okay, but the top two differ. And this is the one that goes below the metal plate. Not only are the ports not connected, but the gasket is twice the thickness.
Is this okay?
When I look online, this is the spacer to manifold gasket.
The gasket you are looking for looks like a normal Holley 4 hole gasket.
If you are lucky enough to have a local speed shop they should have them in stock.
If not then hit the local auto parts store.
This could be a issue as they may want the year / make / model / motor and with out it they may not be able to look up the gasket.
Maybe if you can look up the part number on say Summit or Jeggs and ask the local store to look it up that way?
Could also order them from Summit or Jeggs but is will take a few days where local should be over night if not sooner.

just realized there’s another spacer and the funky gasket goes under it. Didn’t come with kit.
That would be the EGR gasket between the intake & EGR plate and the gasket is shown in the last picture you posted.
That you should be able to get at any parts store (order) using your trucks info.

Any GOOD managed parts store will allow you to go through their small gasket selection and find what you need or want. Or at the very least go find it themselves and get what you want that way. I sold auto parts for 20 years and every store I worked in had every gasket you need in stock. We also allowed any customer that asked access to the gaskets as a customer service.

How long ago has it been since you worked in the auto store? Things are changing lately and it's not good.
have to give a shout out to Autozone. NAPA couldn’t get the EGR plate gasket till Nov. 3rd and they were the most expensive. O’Reily could get it the next day, but Autozone had it in stock and they were the cheapest. They also had the Mr Gasket 55C which was the other gasket I needed.
inised to be NAPA only, then O’Reilly crept in due to proximity. However, the last few times, Autozone has been the one to have the “hard to find” parts in stock.
I dont think zone or O’Reilly would have them around here and not sure of NAPA.
But I would give O’Reilly the go to for ordering as it is within walking distance (if need be) of my house and they seam pretty good on knowing what is going on.
I also look up any parts I need on line before I head out the door to see who may have it in stock and if has to be ordered I got the part numbers.

I get a good discount at NAPA, but they are the farthest away. O’Reilly’s is the closest and can usually have it same day or next. I stopped even looking at Advance, But Auto Zone, not as far as NAPA, always has had it.
I ALWAYS look up my own parts and have numbers. Lol. Most parts store people today use the search feature and don’t have a clue.

I rarely go to stores anymore cause every time I go in its the same thing "we dont have that but we can order it for you", Yeah, I can order it myself and cut the middleman out and save money on the order and save money on the gas of placing the order then driving back in a few days to pick the part up.
Only time I have recently been to the local stores is if I need something right away to make a repair that can't wait. Otherwise, its Ebay, Amazon, Summit, Jeg's, Jeffs, etc.
Well 2 of the said 3 stores I go past coming home from work, not open at 12am when I got to work so to order and get it next day with out paying shipping is ok with me.
Guess what ever works for you go for it.

I've got 3 choices in my town... NAPA, AZ, and O'Reilly. The NAPA dudes are the most helpful (knowledgeable) but they cater mostly to jobbers and the agricultural segment. AZ is generally a bust and O'Reilly is hit-or-miss... there's one gal in there who really knows her stuff, but the rest were working the drive-thru at Taco Bell last week.
As much as l like to patronize the local businesses, it's tough to beat ordering a part online and having it waiting for me when l get back into town for a couple of days.
