I need help really bad

I have a 2006 f250 crew cab short bed 4wd 6.0. I had to do some work recently just below the turbo behind it and one of the things I had to do was disconnect and remove my glow plug control module temporarily. Well after I finished doing what I needed to do I bolted it back up and plugged it back in. Now my service engine light is on and I’m pulling up 4 codes: P0671;P0673;P0675;P0677. After looking it up I find out that they mean cylinder 1,3,5,7 glow plug circuit are open. What could make half my glow plugs do that?

You probably don't have the connector for that side in all the way. It's happened to others. Check to see if the internals have moved around.
