F70 = F700 gas
7 = Double check that. It decodes to either a Detroit 8V-71NE or INE. Since it's a gas model that's unlikely. The 361 2V FT gas engine shows under that code for 1976.
V = Kentucky Truck Plant
CF0693 = 1978 numerical series, June 1978 production
Is it a gas or diesel? A Detroit will be easy to ID but does not seem likely.
