Thankfully, the tires are wearing to the point I have to change them and this is a take off set with 300 miles on it but no TPMS.
The last link you provided is no-name knockoff. Never heard of them even though they reference the Ford part number.

Guys that are setting up winter and summer tires/wheels/sensors will find it easier to use the programmable sensors. It allows both sets to look exactly the same the truck. No need to go through a relearn.

If you have only one set of tires/wheels/sensors then programmable isn't that useful.

Supposedly Rock Auto has the Schrader one for $21.79 HERE. Thoughts? It is a non programmed one at 315 MHz and I am not swapping tires or wheels. Just bought THIS so should be good for a while. Dismount the old ones and try figure out what to do with the good condition 18 inch wheels when I get back from an overseas trip.

Sounds like a good price on a high quality sensor. As long as it is spec'd to work with your truck, go for it.
