Granger Ford Review
Just wanted to post a note about my purchase experience through Granger Ford. I have nothing but good to say about the whole experience. Ashleigh was my sale rep, she was very responsive to my correspondence throughout the process. We had to make a few commodity changes, and each time they were completed promptly with the updated form to E-sign. Whenever I inquired about my status, she responded within a half a day.
When my truck was finally shipped, I sent about 20 photos to them and they got back to me with a fair offer. I probably cold have made about $3000 more selling outright, but half of that would have been eaten up by sales tax and $1500 is not enough for me to mess around with tire kickers and low ballers (my time is with more than that).
We made an appointment for 10 today (I live 2 hours away). I arrived a bit early and everything was done in less than an hour and that included me informing them of all of the recent maintenance I had performed on my old one. We in Iowa pride ourselves on "Iowa nice, and Iowa honest" and they were nothing less than that.
I will definitely recommend Granger Ford to others, and will visit them again for vehicle purchases. Order date was 2/23, picked up 10/18. 5 days less than 8 months, yes a longish wait but right on the time estimate when I ordered.
