Question: I've had a new F350 SuperCab for a month now. Neither front door lined up worth stink when I got it; sticking out at the top or bottom, poorly aligned, etc. I took it back to the dealer-bodyshop and they bent, pried, hammered and wrenched until everything lined up nicely.
BUT- both doors... especially the passenger door... SHUDDER when you close them. The rear suicide door sort of "caves in" as you close the front door and the whole thing acts/feels/sounds like it's about to fall apart.
In contrast, I have an '03 Honda Element box-thingy with suicide doors that is absolutely solid as a rock. You'd swear there was a solid, welded B-pillar there when you close the front doors.
Any opinions as to whether this is "normal" for SuperDuty SuperCabs or do I need to go back and have the dealer do some more "adjusting" on these doors?!?!?
Mine seem fine - they line up almost perfectly, and sound fairly solid when I close them. I'm pretty sure I have seen other posts where this was a problem though.
