HEI conversion on 460 with EFI
Dad's 88 F250, equipped with a 460, up and died while driving down the road. I determined that there wasn't spark. I figured probably the ign module. Priced it at autozone, almost $70. Found an HEI conversion distributor for less than the ign module. So I went the HEI. It installed ok, a little trouble with the oil pump drive. Ran power to it. Ran a line from the TACH terminal to the PIP. Now we got spark but no injecter pulse instead of injecter pulse but no spark.
