4.10 or 4.56, I'd lean to the deeper gears. What's your local speed limits? My truck is on 33" tires and has 4.10 gears, works decent but I don't think I'd regret to 4.56.
4.10 to 4.30 would be my suggestion for good all around performance and fuel milage, don't go to 4.88 unless you want maximum performance and don't care about how quickly it will drain the tank.
The beauty of 4.10 is you can grab a D50 third member already geared at that ratio out of a junkyard f250, and only have to set up rear gears. For deeper ratios you'll have to set up two gear sets.
