Question

Floorboard metal thickness?

I need to know the thickness of the metal used in the cab mounts on a unibody truck, mine have rotted away. Also, is the floorboard thickness the same. What is the best type of steel to use for this?

should be the same. 16 gauge should be thick enough al long as your supports are good

I used 16 gauge hardened stainless in my floor reconstruction. Bye-bye rust for good.
