headlight woes!

headlight woes!
Well as you all know i bought a set of these lights
I really like them, but i have the passenger side pointing way up in the air, drivers side is in a good position
The problem is that i can not get the adjuster to work , it just spins with no reaction
I will call them on monday to see what can be done, but this passenger side is going to get me a ticket!

I'm sure they will replace it. They have great customer service from my experience. I bought a 03 ranger about a year ago and already had a set of amerilite headlights installed in it. It was the ones that had the "led tube" thing like a lot have now. Well when it would get below freezing that light wouldn't work on one side. Soon as it warmed up it worked fine. Weird I know. 😂 But anywho I sent them a email and told them I was not the original purchaseer and what it was doing and they still sent me a new one free of charge and a return label for the old one.

So i have been in contact with amarillite, the think the bulb got dislodged somehow, i guess there is a dust cover that i can sccess to reseat the bulb. Will have to wait for the weekend, work gets in the way of all of my hobbies! LOL

If the bulb got dislodged the angle would still move when you tried to adjust it. I bet the adjuster got screwed all the way out off the threaded part. There is a seal on back you can pull off to change bulb. I'd try to look at the adjusters also and see if you can see them there also. Maybe it's a easy fix.
