2005 vs. 2013 frame width differences

I am using a 2013 F250 frame for a project. The frame horns weren't bent in an accident. I found a 2005 F250 frame that appears to be in good condition and is straight. After searching, I understand the earlier frame horns are "higher" than the later frame horns, which might work better for my project anyway. Does anyone know if the frames are similar in width and if the "c" channel portion aft of the engine are similar enough to use the earlier frame front (2005) on the later frame rear (2013)?
