Check with SMS Auto Fabrics; they "might" have something. It might help if you know your two letter trim code.

Any upholstery shop that specializes in classic vehicles would most likely have that fabric, and would know where to get it. But unless you're building a show truck, why bother spending the extra cash?
You can get a standard vinyl upholstery kit through LMC for around $300, including tax and shipping. I have one sitting in my garage, ready to be installed.

SMS had the correct NOS orange upholstery materials for my burnt orange '73 Explorer. They also have the patterns to make F100 seat covers. Not cheap! My new seat covers cost me nearly $900. I was willing to pay that to have the correct upholstery for my somewhat scarce truck. But for a more normal truck, I have to agree with F250 restorer. Unless you're going all-original, go with something you can readily get, is affordable, and will look good.
