Every time i brake my Sync3 System comes up with an error which is really annoying. Anyone know why? It disappears a couple of seconds later but its shows back up when im at another stop light

I have no recalls to fulfill since a month ago. I was told it has to do with my sensors like parking and what not but then I was told it’s my front safety sensor and I don’t even have one
