Gear display was only staying on 1 so I pulled the panel underneath my driver side dash to see if my shift tube or cable was broke. As per the picture, this broken plastic bracket is the culprit. Does any one know of a better bracket or just an OEM
replacement?

I have had a lot of success on my 1994 fixing broken plastic pieces in my dash, bezels, door panels etc.
I use superglue to tack the pieces together, then 2 part epoxy to bond them together. If you read my post on my double din install, you will see some examples of this.
Might be worth a try.
