You can also Google GV and it will bring up hits also think most will be on here?
Note the GV OD can only be used in 4x2 mode not 4x4 mode as ot fits on the rear of the transfer case to the rear axle.
As far as I know the GV OD is the only add on OD unit made now days.

I think you will find if you add up the cost of the gear vendors (new) and then add up the cost of installing the E4OD (rebuilt) + controller (new) the cost is not too far off from each other and the E4OD is a much cleaner original factory setup. And the E4OD will give you better fuel mileage with the lock-up convertor. The c6 torque convertor is always slipping, and will slip even more at lower revs.
OP could go with the smaller 4R70 or 4R75 transmissions. There is a stand along controller for those as well, and I think they were OEM behind the 351W during the last days of that engine.

True the GV is not cheap by any means.
I thing the OP was asking for what options he has for OD and once he gets them he can then look deeper into what it would take to get a working set up and how much $$$$$ to make it happen for each.
I did that when looking to get OD for my 81 F100 that has a manual transmission.
I had the ZF5, GV OD or at the time Advance Adapter OD.
The ZF5 & GV OD were about the same price but trying to find all the parts for the ZF5 would have been a PITA and I did not have the money for either.
Also the GV OD would not do what I wanted, split ALL GEARS, have to be going 30 MPH or faster for it to shift to OD.
I went with the AA OD and love it. Was half the price of the GV OD and being I was replacing the transmission anyway it was not a hard job.
