2018 intercooler pipe replacement
Hey guys and gals, I have a 18 f350 with a 6.7 that has a hole in the intercooler hose. (Correct name?) Should I be looking in to any additional issues this hole could have caused, should I be worried I dusted something?
Seems like they are backordered from ford, and I'm going to have to look for aftermarket. I live in Canada and I can't seem to find any that aren't really expensive. Anyone know of any decent priced ones that have decent quality that won't break the bank?
Thanks.

I just did the upgrade on my '11 - both hot and cold. The Rudys kit for both is what I installed. There are a couple threads here recently on kit recommendations and the hot side install. I realize there are some changes between '16 and '17 so the parts probably aren't interchangeable. However, there may be some technical tricks to getting the couplers/boots on that might be useful to you:

In the meantime I'd try Gorilla Tape. Pull the hose and clean that area and the hose 360 degrees around it. Gorilla Tape the snot out of it... And see if it holds until you figure out what you're going with. That gorilla tape is tough stuff..
