Inner door liner
The liner that sticks to the door under the trim panels - what is this called? Is it's purpose sound deadening only? My driver side rear door is missing it. Anyone know where to get a new one or do I need to hit the salvage yards?

IIRC it's basically heavy paper. Go to an antique store and buy a couple brown paper grocery bags, or maybe some lengths of wax/parchment paper from your wife's baking drawer. Trim as needed.

It's about a 10mil plastic film. Once you pull it off, the adhesive looses it's grip, I used a carpet tape to hold mine back on.
