I currently have a 2017 F250 that has a 2 1/2" ReadiLift installed on it with 35" tires on 20" rims. The truck stands 7'6" tall (I've measured it specifically for parking garage purposes as well as drive thru car washes) and it is difficult to find some garages to get into. My current employer has a parking garage for employees to park in and offers longer spaces for trucks over 20' long and the first floor of the parking area has 7'8" clearance. I cheat on the end of the down ramp where parking spots are located (I work overnight so there's usually an empty one or two there) and back up the ramp just a little ways and then park in one of the last stalls at the end of the ramp. I haven't had any issues with turning but it's a large structure with lots of room for trucks in it. I'm not the only one driving a big truck like this and sometimes during the day, all the long vehicle stalls are full.
You can sometimes use Google Maps to locate a garage and then use the street view to see the sign over the entrance to see clearance limits on some of the structures. Glad you found a garage that will accommodate your rig.
Would it fit? Probably. Is it a good idea? Nope, not for me. My opinion… no garages, no auto car washes, watch your drive thru at fast food. I generally park far away, take up 2 spots, and walk. I figure walking is good for me.

I am the same way other than not doing any drive throughs at all. I take a minimum of 2 spots, sometimes 4 depending on the layout. Thst comes with the LB dually.
