93 6 cylinder

Hey I am new to the site. I am trying to help a buddy who has a 93 ranger with a 6 cylinder. He started changing the plugs and got mixed up and now he doesn't know the firing order. If anyone knows the firing order or where I could find it, I and he, would really appreciate it. If you need more info let me know and I will get it.

Is it a 3.0L or a 4.0L?

3.0L and 4.0L are same order 1-4-2-5-3-6. Passenger side bank is 1-3,driver side bank is 4-6.
