Ebrake issues.
I have new brake shoe, new hardware. Yesterday I put both rear wheels on jack stand and took the drum/disk/hat off.
Open/rotate the adjusting bolt at the bottom so brake shoe could expand a little. Put hat/drum back on. and tested it by engaging the ebrake.
It was holding rock sold. Then I put truck back on its tires, engage the ebrake again.. try to rock the truck its solid-jam.. the springs at the end of ebrake cables were completely compressed. I left the ebrake disengaged for the night.
This morning I engaged the ebrake and try to rock the truck.. it was moving back and forth no problem

Even when the springs are completely compressed...and struts/levers could not moved by hand... for some reason its not holding the truck. But It did last night when I finished the work.
I have taken tires/calipers/hat off many times these days,.. I wonder if I should take every thing off again to look.. or try to expand the adjusting bolt while every thing is on.
Last night I thought I had finally whole picture clear to me.. and ebrake was fixed for good... but this morning its lose again..
Even after applying ebrake if I pull hard I can find get some slack in the cable.. I never thought it was an issue since end-of-cable
springs get fully compressed.
