2011engine seized

I had my 2011 6.7 vandalized by a former employee drained the fuel tank and put clean fuel in the truck and new filters ran the truck to the bay station and added more fuel next morning the truck wouldn't start. Towed it to garage and they replaced the entire fuel system 10.5 k and a few weeks later I had the truck for a day and then the next morning the oil light was on. A worker moved it about 30 feet so they could load up. I didn't know about the oil light until I mentioned it to another person who checked the oil and was clean and just changed. Forgot to mention The mechanic who performed the repairs drove the truck home from work and he ran errands for the day and then I got it back it got 106 miles on it after the repair my question is does the fuel system repair work coincide with anything with the oil pump or any oil related sensors wires or anything like that? They drained the oil and still have it and said it was clean no medal particulates. My other question is that the oil was still clean as if I just changed it after a 5 mile drive the oil would have been blackened. I noticed that the serpentine belt was rubbing on something so I started the truck to see what it was rubbing and it was something by the clutch fan. And the truck stalled before I got to the front of the truck to see what was rubbing and then had it rowed back to the shop now I have been without a truck for 3 months please let me know what you think sorry for the long message.

Are you saying that the engine does not turn with the starter? If that is the case, drop the oil pan and see what is going on.

Since it is a 2011 I would pull some glow plugs and looking the cylinders.

2011's would drop a valve and I suspect yours did. This is then an entire engine replacement.
