So I’m entirely new to this forum and to these trucks. I’m coming from an 07 Tacoma and am looking at getting into a 2011-2015 (maybe slightly newer?) F250. I’ve done some research and Youtubing, but the best place I know to go to for answers is a forum!!
So what are some of the things I should pay special attention to when looking at these trucks and what are some the things y’all wish you knew getting into one? And also what are the things to look our for that should make me tuck tail and run from the stealership in regards to F250s?? I’m getting this truck to tow a trailer my wife and I could live in so I’m looking at the 6.7 for reference.
Do you know what size trailer you plan to tow? How much do you want to spend on the truck and routine maintenance? Those weigh heavy into your decision as there are many options out there. F250/F350, gas/diesel, etc. Search around, there is a ton of information in these forums on these trucks.
On the diesel engine there is a specific 6.7 forum where you can learn about that engine.
Don't know if you've checked prices but used 6.7s are right now.

Im looking at about a 30 foot fifth wheel so around 10-11,000 lbs. I’m looking at around 30k for the truck and then I do all the MX on my vehicles already. Appreciate the response!
