2022 DRL issue

2022 DRL issue

Anyone had this issue with the drl? No amber light. Drivers side amber light is still working. It's a 2022 with 900 miles on it.

I haven't seen that issue but it looks like a warranty replacement is due.

Had a new fleet vehicle with an inop led taillight and tracked it back to a pinched wire under the front bumper. I would've thought it was the led itself.

Yeah gonna call the dealer tomorrow. Hopefully it isn't a big deal.

It shouldn't be a big deal. None of the lights inside are serviceable though, so if it is just that LED that failed, they would need to replace the whole thing. Make sure they have a tech that knows what they're doing. As easy as that replacement is, the tech at my dealer managed to put some deep scratches in the top of one of my headlights during replacement.

With lighting Ford makes the dealer submit pictures and request approval. That process can be as fast as 24 hours with a good dealer.
