Hellwig Helper Spring Adjustment Questions
I have an 85 27ft Class C Motorhome I would like to lift a bit in the rear. It already has helper springs in the rear. Not sure if the manufacturer installed them or the PO. It has very little actual use, (Under 8000 miles) but was in storage most of it's life just the same setting on these springs 37 years. I had seen a thread elsewhere where it was posted adjustment of the outer U bolts was possible down to 1/4 inch. If that is the case I have lots of adjustment left, but that didn't smell quite right so I am trying to get the benefit of this pool of experience.

I'm not familar with Hellwig's helper springs but if you have any questions they're usually easy to contact and answer you. If there are any Hellwig part numbers visible or a tag that will be important to have ready to share.
