So, the last week or so the AC in my 2004 Excursion has seems weak and at times slow to start cooling. It was 90 out on Friday and I had front and rear ac on max temp turned down as cold as it would go and even by the time we got to our destination, 30 minutes later, it was still not what I would call comfortable in the vehicle. Then on Sunday it was in the mid 80's and it took a good 5 minutes of driving before the air coming out of the vent even felt cool.
I hooked up the gauges this evening and here is what I saw. 90 degrees 42% humidity.
After idling for a couple minutes.
