I have the Air Filter System Fault in the Maintenance Monitor display. I have had it last year sometime and it went away on its own, but now it seems to be hanging around for a few months. No issues with operation of the truck, warning lights etc, just a bit annoyed that the message is there.
Any ideas on what I should check? Air filter is new.
I got this error once after turning the key on to test my new LED lights but without the air box installed. There was no code set or CEL. I reset it by clearing all DTC's with Forscan.
What is your air filter restriction gauge indicating?
No restrictions showing as the filter is new.

The error showed up before I swapped the filter recently, so it's not a result of the filter change.

I will give this a try and clear all codes to see what happens.
