About your bucking problem, I had a similar problem but not as bad as you did. Don't change your plugs and wires, I replaced my transmission fluid, don't forget to about your drain plug on your torque converter, (don't flush your transmission), It took 11 ½ litres to fill it back up, use the new fluid from Ford “mercon V”. It runs fine now……….. About you pedal sticking, I lubed my pivots above the pedal and the cable in the firewall… Fiddler5.0
Just a few suggestions.
I had a similar experience with a car a few years ago.
Check your pos. battery cable for corrosion at either end (battery or starter). I had a bad connection at the starter which caused the whole car to kick/buck.
Also, you might wanna check the crank sensor. One of the symptoms of a faulty unit is bucking.
