Upgraded Mirror Issue

Back story - I have a friend (Chad) who has a 2018 F150 XLT. He replaced his stock mirrors (with turn signals and heated glass) with tow mirrors. He had the stock mirrors just sitting in his garage. My father-in-law has a 2020 F150 XLT, but his mirrors were plain-jane with no turn signals or heated glass, just electronic adjust. So Chad sold his stock mirrors to my FIL pretty cheap. We swapped them out and the turn signal and adjust work great but he wants the heated glass to also work. I learned that the heated mirrors are turned on with the rear glass defrost, which he does not have. He bought a kit to add a switch to activate the heated mirror. The only problem we have is figuring out which wire on the 8 pin connector is the heated mirror on the mirror itself. Any help would be appreciated.
I have searched google and found a couple pin-outs, but none say heated mirror. They all just say mirror directions and electrochromic (auto-dimming).
