Hey all,
Wondering if anyone has any tips for clean clear coat removal without removing base coat. I have seen a few methods but don't know what to try. I am wanting to do touch up paint and spray a new clear coat. Most of the clear coat is gone so ut makes sense to just remove the rest rather than blend because there are only patches of clear left. The base coat is in decent shape and no I don't want it to look like a professional job just clean and I want good shine. Ive ordered spraymax 2k clear coat and touchup base coat. But just want to see if anyone has tips for removal of clear coat only or any paint repair tips in general.
