Are you talking about greenish splotches after a vehicle has been sitting unused over in the edge of woods or after hauling mulch? My trailer did that as did the back of the cab of my '77 between the bed and cab, pressure washer cleaned both nicely.

The darn stuff grows where it's a bit damp (sometimes) and for some reason it seems to like to shoot spoors out at shiny vehicles. Silver, white, etc. My wife's Outlander (Pearl White) used to get smeared over at our nephews house. His blue Chevy truck never got hit.
I just used a good cleaning paste wax (Mwquiar's) and elbow grease (and sometimes a little bit of the thumbnail) to get it off.
Hate that stuff.
