Need help with Part #

Hello,

have a couple of holes in my high pressure rear ac lines . 2005 Ex 6.0 Eddie Bauer. Anyone have OEM part #? I did do a search but can’t confirm the correct part#. Probably going to replace both high and low side while I’m at it. Thank you in advance for the help.

If you can find an actual ac shop they can probably make them. Otherwise a junkyard is your only option

Interesting, they have all come up as NLA in the past.

Yea. Saw those on Rock Auto. Just wasn’t sure if they were the correct ones. Need the 3/8” line. Maybe I missed it but I didn’t see the size listed? Thanks all

on rockautos website they are listed in catagogries of "Suction Line low Pressure compressor to evaperator " and "Liquid Line condensor to evaperator"

the" Suction Line Low Pressure compressor to Evaperator " is the larger diameter line. ( a little confusing because the flow direction of that line is evaporator to the compressor )

the "Liquid line" is the high pressure smaller diameter line that goes from the condensor to the evaperator

Thank you. That’s what I thought on the line sizes but wasn’t sure. Just had a friend of mine text me about an ac shop within 3 miles of mile that I didn’t know existed. Said he had them make up a set of lines for his and they did it fairly reasonably. Going to stop by there tomorrow and see what they say.

Pirate,
one of the leaks is just near rear tire. Thought it was a caliper leaking but then saw the dye. Don’t know if it is corrosion or it rubbed? I live in Pa but Ex is from Texas and rust free. Maybe one winter here did it in? I’ll know more when either I or the shop removes them for repair.
