DROOPING FRONT LEAF SPRINGS
Inverted springs were really common in the when leaf springs were common.
There's nothing wrong with them, you can carry a plow or do whatever you want. They ride like a cast iron wheel on a cobblestone road, but that's just their nature.
Dana 55 TTB springs are not flipped dana60 solid springs.
There has been many cases of people "upgrading" to f350 springs in here where they have saggy front end issues because of it.
The ttb springs are thicker because of how the TTB suspension works.
The only differences between the 250 and 350 OBS's are front suspension/axle and rear springs.
As for the 2wd solid fronts, I'm not as familiar with their suspension.
I said they are inverted stock.
That's correct, true, and accurate.
Another term for them is negative arch.
Nowhere did I mention flipping or Dana 60's at all.
F350's have Dana 60 solid as 4wd.
The springs for the solid front 2wd are probably the same as f350 springs.
Your statement indicated you believe there is 1 leaf spring set and its just flipped over on the f250. That is not correct.
I made no mention of Dana 60's or F350's.
F250 Dana 50 springs are inverted...
Inverted means they have a negative arch... It's a type of spring and has absolutely nothing to do with flipping anything.
