big time 6.0 headache

hello all i have a good one and am looking for any help i can get i have a 04 f350 6.0 love my truck but it is going to drive me nuts the motor it 2 yeas old just put a new trany in her after 350000 miles but it toke me all winter to get the trany and i was starting it up and letting it warm up but just be for i got the trany ti would start right up and run for 20 to 30 min. then just like if i turn the key off shut down but if i turn the key of and back on again she starts right back up and runs for 4 or 5 min. and do it again have had it to ford and they gave me it back and seed i dont no what it is going good luck yes the ford in prescott velley az that is what they did to me now on the shop i have sent it to have ruled out the hpop and any leaking in the lines just put in a new ipc and ipr and they read .9 v and 590 lbs on the ipc and 22% on the ipr 48 v on the ficm and i just sent it in to ficm repare.com with the ecm and there telling me there bouth good to go and i have 60 lbs on the fuel with a air dog pump has any one run in to this and if so what did you do to fix it
