I'm pretty sure you can get the vent cover and seal from most of the major repop vendors. But the vent mechanism and linkages aren't available as far as I know, at least for 48-50 trucks. Either way, check with some of the guys who buy and sell parts here - they probably have a stack of each from cabs they've stripped out.
