2004 Navigator; Setup menu missing settings

2004 Navigator; Setup menu missing settings
Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and this is my first post here in order to find a solution to my problem.
I have a 2004 Navigator, equiped with all the options including power running boards, and power liftgate, however, Setup menu in the message center is missing some of the settings.
Those are;
reverse mirrors,
easy exit seat,
autolamp delay,
reverse sensing system,
power deployable running boards.
Since those control options are missing from the setup menu, I cannot use some of the features even though they exist.
I read before some people had the same issue, setup menu dissapearing those settings which were existed before, usually after connecting to a diagnostic device.
Despite the fact that there are people had this problem, I coudn't find any solution or fix for that issue.
