I’m adding power brakes using a hydro boost from a mid 90’s mustang. Wondering if anyone has used the stock brake pedal and bracket. If so how did you attach the pedal? I know there’s cheap options for new pedal and bracket but the shipping duties and dollar conversion to Canada just about makes a guy sick lol.
The same way it originally was attached and then heat and bend the pedal arm if necessary.
I must of miss placed something then. The brake slides over the shaft but what holds it on. I should of taken more pics when I tore it apart. There must be a bolt that runs throughout it with a nut?
this is the best mock up pic I have. You can just see the shaft and brake pedal in the bottom right.
You may be aware and maybe it just looks like it's sitting funny in the pic, but the m/c reservoir is supposed to be sitting level, and it appears to be extremely unlevel and slanted. I'm not sure how well that will work for fluid holding and delivery. If it truly is as it appears, you may find yourself with an issue of not enough fluid reserve to work correctly.

You are correct it is on an angle. I have talked with a few guys and they said it should be fine. If not I will fine a different reservoir.

don’t want a firewall mounted. Absolutely hate the way they look. Might be your thing but not mine.
