interior rattles/noise
My new 04 6.0 CC 4x4 has interior rattles over moderate bumps. When driving slowley over a mild bumpy surface, a continuous plastic type of poping/rattling noise is heard coming from the door panels or the sides of the truck. This dosen't seem normal. If anyone has this problem, please let me know about it and if there is a remedy. Thanks, Joe.

Do you have the extended cab. When I got my F250SD extended cab. It was the doors that rattled and I had them adjusted by the dealer service. I also put silicone on the rubber door seals. The rattle went away except when I hit some really big bumps. You might do better over on the Super Duty and Heavy Duty forum with a question like this. Don't think it has much to do with your 6.0L PSD.

I had a similar problem with my Super-Cab 4x4 initially but after spending some time I found that the noise was coming from items that I was carrying in the front center seat back / console arm rest.
I could have sworn the noise was coming from the sides of the truck but nope, it was the center seat console. I just lined it with a towel and try to make sure that nothing hard like a tire gague is bumping against the sides.
